Privacy

The Baliners collects only the information needed to respond to property inquiries: name, a contact method, message, optional appointment time, and the property of interest.

First-party analytics record page paths and property identifiers. They do not collect passwords, message contents, authentication tokens, or unnecessary personal identifiers.

Inquiry records are stored on the self-hosted PostgreSQL database used by this application and are used only to follow up on the request.
